Patrick Isch
After my apprenticeship, I was given a commercial opportunity in the real estate world. From 1999 - 2005 I worked in a large real estate company operating throughout Switzerland and managed the real estate business in Zurich-Oerlikon. In between, I completed a language course in Canada, where I could improve my French and my English.
In 2005, I moved into the Schlieren family business and managed a real estate portfolio of residential and business properties. During this time I successfully purchased the property with federal managers. Identification and professional experts in Leadership NDS HF. The exciting and educational training brought me back to my place of origin in the real world where I could take a position as team leader with five employees and a portfolio of large commercial properties in the greater Zurich area. In November 2011, I started training for my next "MAS REM" (Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate Management) from the HWZ in Zurich.
Since December 2011, I am working at the Ginesta Immobilien AG as head of management. I am pleased to introduce to our blog the exciting world of real estate. With our blog, I am looking forward to giving you some insight into the interesting world of real estate, which never ceases to fascinate me.
